Alright, so I admit. I do have the propensity to listen to emo songs like erm, 99% of the time? Though I may not walk around donned in black very often or be seen with my eyes circled with a perfect black liner, inside, I'm quite the emo child. I believe Shear, or anyone from Heatwave, can vouch for that. 99% of the time, emo songs're spilling out from the speakers of my laptop. BUT, emo songs're nice. So some of them can get so depressing they put u on the verge of suicide, BUT, they're nice. So nevermind.
On to other things.
Went for an audition today (Saturday) at Momo. It was my first ever audition and I shld think the production is a pretty huge one considering I had the honour of being in the same waiting room as Venetta Lopez and a couple of other familiar TV faces. I wasn't too nervous which I thought was pretty abnormal seeing that Robin Leong and 3 other fairly big (slightly intimidating) caucasian men (who were apparently pretty well thought of producers and directors) were part of the panel of judges. Anyway, thank God neither me nor my partner forgot our lines, so the whole performance went pretty smoothly. The most liberating part was upon our finishing, all of them clapped and complimented on our acting and the script (thank you thank you, I wrote it. =D). But that just made me wonder whether they clapped for every other performer.
Well, I hope my partner gets the job. I'm cool if I don't cos I didn't agree to go for the audition because I was keen on landing a role, I agreed bcos my partner needed someone to feed off. After all, he's the freelance actor, I just went along for the experience.
Anyway, tmr (Sunday) will be my last day at Raoul. I know I drag my feet to work practically all the time, but having worked in that small little shop for 1 and a half years, it's become a part of me and it's quite sad that I'm gonna have to leave. Plus, my colleagues're beautiful ppl and it's depressing to knw that tmr is literally the last day for us to skive (includes shoppingsmokingbuylunchbuysnacks), laugh, and act stupid together. Sigh.
Ok, no visuals to share with anyone today. Nowadays, ppl don't browse thru blogs to read them, they want pictures, videos, whathaveyou. But we are all visual animals so that pretty much explains it.
Righty! The bed beckons.
